Started off with a 'Pro-marijuana legalization' rally
Cops on the lookout for anyone smoking.. Ann Arbor has very lenient laws regarding the possession of marijuana.. but anyone caught with marijuana on University of Michigan premises is subject to more strict punishments.

" just so you know... that side of the street is under the university of Michigan laws... you don't want to be caught with dope there... this side of the road falls under Ann arbor city laws.. here you'll just get ticketed"
